These Terms apply only to orders you place using the OpenText Web Store for Brava!.
Order Validation and Acceptance
When you place an order through the OpenText Web Store for Brava!, we may verify your method of payment and shipping address before processing your order. Your placement of an order via the OpenText Web Store for Brava! is an offer to purchase our products or services. OpenText may accept your order by processing your payment and shipping the product or documentation of service, or may, for any reason, decline to accept your order or any part of your order. No order shall be considered to be accepted by OpenText until the product has been shipped. If we decline to accept your order, we will attempt to notify you using the e-mail address you have provided with your order.
Pricing and Product Information
OpenText makes every effort to provide current and accurate information relating to OpenText’s products, services, and prices, but does not guarantee the currency or accuracy of any such information. Information relating to OpenText’s products and services is subject to change without notice. Prices are subject to change at any time prior to OpenText’s acceptance of your order. In the event we discover a material error in the description or availability of a product or service that affects your outstanding order with OpenText, or an error in pricing, we will notify you of the corrected version, and you may choose to accept the corrected version, or cancel the order. If you choose to cancel the order, and your credit card has already been charged for a purchase, OpenText will issue a credit to your credit card in the amount of the charge.
Payment and Shipment
You may pay for your order one of the following major credit cards, issued in the United States of America: Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express®, and Discover® cards. In most cases, your credit card will not be charged if OpenText declines to accept your order. If your card has been charged, OpenText will process a refund.
OpenText collects and remits sales taxes as required by law on purchases made via the OpenText Web Store for Brava!.
The only warranties OpenText provides with respect to any product or service purchased through the OpenText Web Store for Brava! are those warranties, if any, set forth in the written OpenText documentation accompanying such product or service or declared in www.opentext.com/agreements
Mandatory 1st Year Maintenance
This cost is added to the price of all new product purchases and entitles you to free phone and web ticket support for one year from date of purchase. You may extend the maintenance contract on your software by purchasing an annual renewal. Please see the OpenText Prime Protect program for more information
End User License Agreement
You agree that by downloading and installing the software you will read and adhere to the OpenText End User License Agreement
You may return any product purchased through the OpenText Web Store for Brava! within sixty (60) days of receipt. If you received the wrong product, or a product that is damaged or defective or contains a damaged or defective part, you may contact us to obtain return instructions, or to obtain a replacement part.
